• Followed All Ebook Steps: You have followed all actionable steps outlined in the ebook.
• Proof of Completion: To verify that the guidance was followed, we may ask for before and after photos, progress logs, or other documentation showing your dedication to the steps provided.

Refund Request Process

If you meet the above criteria and still did not achieve the desired results:

2. Provide proof that you have followed all recommendations and steps, as outlined in the eligibility criteria.

Refund Decision

Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that the review process may include follow-up questions to understand your experience.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Requests made after 30 days of purchase.
• Incomplete or insufficient documentation of following the ebook steps and facial analysis recommendations.
• Personal dissatisfaction due to reasons other than product effectiveness (e.g., change of mind or personal preferences).
