Refund Request Process
If you meet the above criteria and still did not achieve the desired results:

- Provide proof that you have followed all recommendations and steps, as outlined in the eligibility criteria.
Refund Decision
Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that the review process may include follow-up questions to understand your experience.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made after 30 days of purchase.
- Incomplete or insufficient documentation of following the ebook steps and facial analysis recommendations.
- Personal dissatisfaction due to reasons other than product effectiveness (e.g., change of mind or personal preferences).
